Not even close. It doesn't matter whether she looked old enough and said she was old enough, he broke the (stupid) law. There's no way he can win any suit regarding damages to him that resulted from his illegal action. It's the same thing if a store sells alcohol to someone under 21.

It doesn't matter if they looked 21 and said they were 21, if the store gets caught selling alcohol to someone under 21 and gets heavily fined, loses their alcohol license and/or some other punishment, they can't turn around and legally blame the person who bought the alcohol for lying.

Without any proof that she lied to him it would turn into a he said she said argument, wouldn't it?

Yes..which also clarifies that the law would go into her favor. So even if he was in no wrong, he'd still be screwed.

Gender bias=not fucking fair

Comitted relationships are great for sex, if she's the one. But if you haven't met the one yet, then there's no need to be a priest.

The girl is at fault. A notion that evil deserves propor justice.

Let us move on to the next.

#4: The Pregnant Woman

A pregnant woman leading a group of people out of a cave on a coast is stuck in the mouth of that cave. In a short time high tide will be upon them, and unless she is unstuck, they will all be drowned except the woman, whose head is out of the cave.

Fortunately, (or unfortunately,) someone has with him a stick of dynamite. There seems no way to get the pregnant woman loose without using the dynamite which will inevitably kill her; but if they do not use it everyone will drown. What should they do?

To me, this is the hardest one yet. 1 life plus and unborn childs is worth the loss if it saves countless others. A possible alternative is to try and find another part of the cave..a cave wall, or something to blast instead of the woman.

This one is a bit unfair, but given the choice, I'd get the hell out of that cave any means possible. <.<

Let me get this straight...let the pregnant woman live, and we die, or kill the pregnant woman and live life knowing you murdered two people...

I'm at a stalemate here on this one.

Hell, I'd kill her in an heart beat, but, as your IN the cave and the reality is that if you use a stick of any explosive, the cave collapses on you and everyone dies anyway. Sorry, but reality knocked of you living either way, as for the woman, well... if we didn't use it, who knows how long it would take for the help to arrive and she will most likely die anyways as we're drowning under loads of water, a way, I, don't wish to die in, so kill us all quicker with the explosive and burn in hell later.

This is quite the intricacy... as Namine said above...murder someone to save yourself, or just die for the woman. I'm sure most everyone would want to live, so the issue here is how badly does one value their own lives.

This is a most difficult situation. I'm afraid that I cannot bring myself to kill someone to save myself, especially if the woman is pregnant. :(

Something I've been thinking - I'm not familiar with caves, but couldn't they blow out the wall (that's not by the pregnant woman) leading to the outside?

So you'd rather live the rest of your life knowing you killed a pregnant woman and her child to save yourself?

Honestly, if someone doesn't even think twice in this situation, and their first thought is saving them-self, then you're one selfish jerk.

I may be heartless with allot of things/situations, but in this situation, I'd rather save the pregnant woman.

So in turn you are throwing your own life away. Have you no desire to fulfill what life has to offer? Remember, in this world, its kill or be killed. I do not want to play nice and just drop dead.
