{name:Uriel#|#picture:2}An elbow to one of the bats, a knee to another. A punch, a kick. It didn't take long before his body was at its limit. He couldn't see clearly anymore. He body was being pushed beyond what he normally would allow to be.
He felled another bat by smashing its head in was his fist. He breathed heavily as looked around. His energy was spent, but he had at least killed some of the bats and injured more of them.
He fell over, tired from moving around so much. Unable to stand back up, he just lied there where he fell.

Then, with a lightning quick vacuum-like motion, engulfs him within the vortex.
"...Hm..." The Rose merely says, not expecting that to happen.

"You did an acceptable job there I suppose. Come, meet me in my atrium."
Down the pitch-black hallway past the slain bats was a door which appeared out of nowhere. Their target location lay before them.
After the announcement, Zeta turns to the man that had appeared first.
"It is I, and you are?" he asks.

{name:Syphius#|#picture:26}"I am Lord Syphius," He answered, walking towards Zeta, smiling evilly. From the moment he entered the room it felt to those in it that someone was holding a blade to their throat, and that at any give moment, they were going to be cut down with out thought.
When Syphius was about 8 feet from Zeta, he rushed forward, grabbing the huge three bladed scythe from his back and swung at Zeta, but just before it hit, Syphius appeared back where he rushed forward, still walking towards Zeta.
What was seen was a hallucination from the powerful killing aura and murderous intent coming from Syphius and directed at Zeta.

Zeta's eyes flash again, causing a large ancient rune symbol on the ground beneath them to glow a bright red, making a large shadow beast to rise up from where Zeta stood, now towering over Syphius. He did this to display his own magic prowess.
"...You, and some other interesting candidates will be working for me for the next while. The others should arrive here shortly."

Zeta snaps his fingers, causing the large shadow creature he created to disappear within a cloud of mist.
"I will be conducting a speech come the day to the people of Trie-Kalen. If you wish to see the beginning of the end, then meet me on the Cathedral rooftop overlooking the city's square at noon sharp. You may use our accommodations here if you so please."
A large runic symbol appears at Zeta's feet, it glows a bright red, and then engulfs him.
He was gone.
What you decide to do until tomorrow was ultimately up to you.
